Introduction
This form sets out the terms and conditions that all individuals participating in the auction are required to follow. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Auction Registration 
All participants must register for the auction before submitting any bid. Participants must provide all required information accurately and truthfully. A participant cannot submit a bid until after completing the registration process and paying the security deposit.

The auction will commence on 29 July 2026 at 5:00 PM and conclude on 5 August 2026 at 5:00 PM.

Properties Preview
Properties are available to review by coordinating with the property’s coordinator, Inspection date is from 25 July 2026 to 28 July 2026 From 4 to 7 PM:

Security Deposit
Participation in the auction requires payment of a guarantee amount (100 OMR). A payment link will be sent once the bidder’s registration has been verified.

Bid Submission

  • Bids are submitted via the BidBid platform only, no bids will be accepted outside the system.
  • Bids are in the form of money only and can be modified through live bidding. Minimum price increase: (500) Omani Riyals, and any amount less than that will not be accepted.

Closing the Auction
The auction will close at the designated time, after which no new bids or modifications to previous bids will be permitted. The winner will be selected based on the highest submitted bid, or as determined by the Auction committee at its sole discretion. The decision shall be final and not subject to appeal or discussion.

The Winner and final payment

  • After the auction ends, the winners will be determined by the highest bid received.
  • The winner must complete the purchase within three (3) business days specified.
  • If payment is not made within the specified timeframe, the bid will be canceled, and the next highest bidder will be selected as a winner with no refund of the security deposit.
  • Upon being awarded the auction, the successful bidder must provide a certified cheque as payment.

Refund of Security Deposit
If the participant does not win the auction, the paid security deposit shall be refunded in accordance with the applicable policies. The refund shall be processed within fourteen (14) days following the closure of the auction.

Upon payment of the auction participation fee, the participant unconditionally agrees to all terms and conditions set forth herein. The decisions of the Auction Committee shall be final and binding on all participants.

General Terms and Conditions

  • Participants are not allowed to withdraw their bids once submitted.
  • Auction committee has the right cancel or postpone the auction at any time for urgent or technical reasons, or to change the closing time or date of the auction without providing any justification. The decision of Auction committee shall be final and not subject to discussion.
  • All participants are responsible for adhering to the Auction committee’s regulations when participating in the auction.
