
Introduction:
This form sets out the terms and conditions that all Otech employees participating in the auction are required to follow. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
Auction Registration
All participants must register for the auction before submitting any bid. Participants must provide all required information accurately and truthfully. A participant cannot submit a bid until after completing the registration
Preview of items and cars
- All items and cars will be available to review and inspection
- From Sunday (Date) – To Thursday (Date)
- Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Bid Submission
- The participant can place bids on all the items offered in the auction.
- Bids are submitted via the Bidbid platform only, no bids will be accepted outside the system.
- Bids are in the form of money only and can be modified through live bidding.
- Minimum price increase: 100 Omani Riyals, and any amount less than that will not be accepted.
Closing the auction
The auction will close at the specified date. After closing, no new bids can be placed or previous bids can be modified. The winner is determined based on the highest bids submitted.
The Winner and final payment
- After the auction ends, the winners will be determined by the highest bid received.
- The winner must complete items and car purchase within 24 hours specified.
- If payment is not made within the specified timeframe, the bid will be canceled and the next highest bidder will be selected as a winner.
General Terms and Conditions
- All participants are responsible for complying with Otech regulations when participating in the auction.
- Participants are not permitted to withdraw bids once submitted.
- Bidding is permitted on all auction items and vehicles.
- The Auction Management reserves the right to reject any bid without providing justification.
- The Auction Management reserves the right to cancel or postpone the auction at any time due to emergency or technical reasons.
- All items and vehicles are offered on an “as is, where is” basis and in their current condition at the time of sale, with no entitlement to repairs or modifications by the successful bidder.
- The successful bidder is required to remove the items and vehicle from the premises within a period not exceeding three (3) working days from completion of the purchase process.
- The buyer shall bear full responsibility for all matters relating to the items and vehicles after purchase.
- Ownership of the vehicle shall not be transferred until full payment has been received.
- All ownership transfer, registration, and insurance fees shall be borne by the buyer.
- Otech shall bear no responsibility for any defects, damages, or missing parts following completion of the sale.
